With the recent announcement of ShoreTel achieving the No.1 market-share position worldwide for small and mid size businesses using its UC desktop application, Integrated Technology felt this direction clearly represents the strategic vision of the company. Also according to latest data released by the Synergy Research Group, ShoreTel is also ranked sixth in market share for UC desktop units in the large enterprise space worldwide. Again IT believes this to be clear confirmation of ShoreTel's rapid growth in the UC market, and the increasing popularity of its easy-to-use and manage UC system.
