...Just the year before we switched over to Nortel we moved 162 staff member (our entire count is around 225) and your group just stepped up to the plate each and every time. I don't recall ever getting a NO for scheduling or anything - that group is great...
...So on to my Nortel installation - the energy that Bill has should be bottled and the data knowledge that Steve has is beyond anything/anybody I have ever worked with. From the very first day all the way through they were helpful, supportive and good teachers for a lay person like me related to data stuff. Reponses from all of your group was amazing and the weekend cut over with all those folks and personalities (each so different) but boy you could tell they liked working with each. Not once did anybody give up when we ran into problems (like the CO being down that Friday night) ... not once did any of the "management" group on your side say "I give up" it was we are going to do this - end of story...
